To help homeowners prepare for the summer season, an initial batch of 50 complimentary plumbing inspection appointments has been released across our entire service area*. This offer remains available while these appointments last. Once they are filled, additional requests are still welcome, and we will make every effort to accommodate them throughout the summer; however, accommodation beyond the initial 50 appointments cannot be guaranteed and remains subject to scheduling, technician routing, and availability. The complimentary plumbing inspection includes a structured 16-point visual and functional review of accessible plumbing components. The inspection is intended solely to identify potential concerns and provide homeowners with useful information about the condition of their plumbing system. No repairs, maintenance, or corrective work are included as part of this offer. Following the inspection, homeowners will receive a written report outlining any findings and recommendations. Any repairs or additional services are entirely optional and will only be performed upon homeowner request and approval. If service is requested during the visit, the technician may be able to complete the work on-site if scheduling permits and without affecting previously scheduled appointments. Any service work will be quoted separately and approved before work begins. Inspections may be requested online, by phone, or by text. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to scheduling availability. Availability may vary based on technician routing, location, and demand. This promotion is limited to one inspection per household, is non-transferable, and has no cash value.
